At Bits of May NL, every creation is made by hand in small batches, using carefully selected materials. From the wax in our candles to the finishing touches on our eco-resin pieces, every little detail matters.

Our Candles 🕯️

Our candles are made with a blend of predominantly soy wax and a small amount of paraffin wax. This combination helps us capture the delicate shapes, intricate details, and beautiful finishes that make our creations unique.

We use dyes specifically designed for candle making, along with phthalate-free fragrance oils sourced from a family-owned business.

Each candle is carefully poured, coloured, and finished by hand, with attention to every little detail.

Our Eco-Resin Creations ♡

Our decorative pieces are handcrafted using eco-resin, combined with water-based pigments to create soft, beautiful colours.

When additional details are needed, we carefully hand-paint them using acrylic paint.

Each piece is finished with a protective sealer to improve its water resistance and durability. Although certain sealed pieces may be suitable for incidental food contact when the materials and finish are certified for that use, we recommend using our creations for decorative purposes rather than serving or storing food.

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and small imperfections may occur.
